A number of our practice GPs have undertaken additional training to be able to give joint injections for certain conditions. Patients will need to consult with a clinician who will identify where a joint injection may be appropriate and patients will be added to a waiting list and contacted by the practice to be booked into a joint injection clinic.

Due to additional training undertaken by some of our practice GPs, SMP is able to offer Minor Surgery Clinics for our patients. Patients will need to consult with a clinician who will identify where a minor operation may be appropriate and patients will be added to a waiting list and contacted by the practice to be booked into a Minor Surgery Clinic.
