Patient notice – Changes to Telephone System
As part of our changes made from patient feedback, in September 2021, Sherwood Medical Partnership changes our telephone system and introduced our Queuebuster service. Patient feedback has been positive particularly for the Queuebuster function. Thank you for your patience during the transition to our new system. If you do experience any issue with the telephone system please report these to a member of our team. All incoming and outgoing calls will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
