Important Information regarding our Prescription Service

In November 2019, Sherwood Medical Partnership made changes to our prescription process. We ceased to take prescription requests via telephone and answerphone message.

The practice continues to process prescription requests via

  • System Online
  • Patient drop in prescription box at both sites
  • Pharmacy requests
  • The NHS app

Any vulnerable patients who are concerned regarding the process for requesting their medication in future are encouraged to contact the practice to discuss available options.
