Attending Appointments

If you attend the surgery for an appointment, please do not go to reception to book in. Please stay in your car/outside and we will contact you on your mobile phone when it’s your turn. If you are waiting 20 minutes beyond your appointment time, please let reception know. This is to reduce congestion at the front door to protect our patients and staff. Thank you for your cooperation.

We encourage patients to consider options for self-care first where possible, seeking advice from their pharmacist or 111 where appropriate and to be open to seeing other healthcare providers within the practice team and wider healthcare support teams too when offered.

We are continuing to make changes and improvements to our appointments system to help with demand.
