–We’ve listened to patient feedback regarding our telephone system and we’re pleased to inform you that Sherwood Medical Partnership – Crown Medical Centre has now implemented a new telephone system. This has improved telephone access to the practice and patient feedback has been positive with specific praise for the Queuebuster facility.  This allows the practice to monitor our busiest periods, incoming calls and call waiting times.

All calls are recorded which assists in staff training and systems development.

We ask patients to continue to let us know if they experience any further problems getting through to us on the telephones.
