Patient Participation Group

The aim of our patient groups is to involve patients in the development of the practice in order to improve patient care and experience.

The group meets usually every other month at the practice. As well as the patients who attend there is the Practice Manager, Operations Manager and sometimes clinicians from the practice. There are always matters for discussion where the practice values patient input and involvement and members of the group can also bring matters for discussion.

Joining the Group

We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
