We are a GP Training practice, this means that we have GP Registrars working at the practice. This is a fully qualified doctor who has been working in hospital medicine, and is in training to become a GP.

We also have GP medical students at various stages of their training working with us who often sit in on GP and nurse sessions to gain valuable experience. They are bound by confidentiality in the same way as all practice team members. Should you wish to see a GP or nurse without their student please just ask to do so.
Nursing students and trainee nursing associate students attend the practice from time to time. We hope that you will be able to support the practice in helping the students to learn about general practice. However, you will be informed of their presence in advance, and if you do not want them to be present at a consultation, your wishes will be respected. This will not affect your treatment in any way.
